A few days ago, A called and told me that his company was no longer allowing overtime. While there is always the silver lining (he will be home more now), it’s also a good chunk of money gone. While I feel I am overreacting a bit, searching non-stop for a part time position, thinking of different ways to make some money, it also makes us live more frugally. We are pretty frugal to begin with, but this will just increase over time. Hopefully this overtime mandate does not last for months but if it does, E will get a lot more QT with A. Not something to sneeze at.
