A couple of weeks ago we had moving boxes and furniture clogging up our front walkway. What the heck is going on?? We also saw the jerks downstairs moving bedroom furniture and boxes a couple days prior. We knew THEY weren’t moving out. I then got a call from my landlord asking why my stuff was out front, to which I obviously responded that it wasn’t my stuff.

He insisted on coming over that evening to talk with us. Blah blah blah. Turns out the people downstairs divorced, replacement chico’s friend is moving in. This was all news to our landlord (who, had he been even somewhat concerned would have then kicked them out for breaching the lease).

I realize that I have a pretty normal life. But to think how some people live amazes me. This poor kid who wasn’t parented already is going to lack one more person to love him and keep him in line.

SO glad to be getting out of here.
